5 Star Wedding Wire Review!
This review was recently written by Megan & Ryan Engelhardt. Â They celebrated their Wedding Ceremony & Reception at Albany Country Club on September 14th of 2012.
Since we lived in FL while planning our Capital District wedding, it was quite a task finding the perfect vendors.  My husband worked with a DJ company out of NYC/Long Island when he was younger and he knew that finding the right music would MAKE our night.  After a lot of research and reading lots of previous couple’s reviews on WeddingWire, we narrowed our search to the top 3 DJs…. and I have to tell you, once we spoke with Mike our search was OVER!  Mike was full of positive energy and really professional.  I have never met someone so excited about what he does and when it came down to talking prices he was extremely reasonable compared to his competition.  He never missed a scheduled call with us, was prompt with his replies and when we flew into town, he was always available to meet face to face, which was very important for me as we got closer to the end of the process.  He always treated us as though we were people and not dollar signs, which was a lot of the vibe we got from his competitors.
Now, the day of the wedding, he was SO organized.  We had our ceremony and reception at the same venue so he handled all mic work for the officiant and readers.  He played the intro music for the ceremony which was perfect for all our special touches, then changed it up and rocked our reception.  Picking the music for our day was a big deal to my husband and I, and Mike was completely ok with us being so involved!  This was a huge relief for me because (1) I had nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding, he took care of everything with the other vendors involved and (2) all guests, both older and younger, kept telling our immediate family members it was the best wedding they had ever been to!  Now that has a lot to do with the entertainment, since it’s 2/3 of the evening is spent dancing the night away.
Hats off to you Mike, you were a GEM to work with!! Â If we could give you 10 stars we would!!
